Shift from unhelpful mindsets and patterns you learned around food, your body, and fitness.  We are moving beyond guilt and shame, and stepping into more peace in body & mind. We will apply mindfulness and self-compassion to unburden with more ease.

Discover your unique rhythms to support you throughout your days.  Explore morning rituals; rhythms for eating, work, and rest; then practice letting it all go as you unwind into the night.

rest & play

In a culture that is constantly in go-mode, it is a practice to rest and to play. Let's build in more space to explore what it's like to simply be. No demands. How fun!
