strength

Give your body some love with strength training. Learn to lift free weights or work with your bodyweight. Improve posture, confidence, and connection to your physical form. No equipment is required.

mobility

Expand into more freedom in your body with playful mobility movements. More range of motion = more possibility, and likely less pain & injury. Woohoo!

restore

Learn to move with your body's energy whether you are feeling upbeat or run down. Soothe your nervous system with meditative movement and breath. 

enjoy

Discover a movement practice that you genuinely enjoy. Heal your relationship to your body and movement. Moving well in your body does not need to feel like a chore!
