how it works
We will meet virtually for 12 weeks total, alternating between movement, meditation, and self care sessions in a rhythm that feels most supportive to you.

weeks 1-8
After an initial 90-minute intake, we will meet 2x per week for 30-45 minutes. Together we will determine a rhythm for sessions between self care, mindfulness, and movement. Our work here supports the creation of new grooves in the direction you want to grow.
integrate
weeks 9-12
The third month is where the magic happens. It's time for you to explore your new practices a bit on your own and personalize them. We are making more space for you to hear your own voice. We will meet 1x weekly for a check-in to support, encourage, and celebrate.

weeks 4, 8, & 12
Once per month you will be invited to join a community small-group session and connect with others in the program around a specific theme. Share experiences and connect on what you're moving through. Feel even more supported by a larger network.

The program cost includes 20 private sessions + 3 community sessions, full attention and care, and email support along the way
​​I am opening this program to only a handful of people who are desiring this specific type of mentorship. I am keeping this cohort very small so that you will have my full attention and care.

Not ready to go all in with 1:1 support? Join us for a monthly online gathering around themes such as self care, self compassion, rest, presence, fitness, and the body. Whether you are new to exploring these themes or have been diving deep for a while, you will have something to offer here and something to gain.

Who is this for?
Open is for anyone looking to deepen their self care, which happens through deepening relationship with self and cultivating innate qualities of care, sensitivity, intuition, and presence.
Perhaps you have engaged in fitness practices that flexed your discipline and strength, and now you are sensing the need to balance with more flow, softness, and intuition.
Maybe you are tired of diets or movements practices that you just don't enjoy and you desire the freedom that comes from being more deeply connected to you.
Is this a women's only program?
No! Men, non-binary, and trans people are just as welcome to do this work. We all have within us this soft, feminine nature, and it will express through each of us uniquely. You are invited to safely explore this territory within yourself no matter how you look or identify.
What will we do in each session?
Throughout the program we will touch on each of the 3 pillars of my work. We may lean more into one or two of them depending on what is most fruitful for you. Think of it like your custom recipe for growth.
Movement sessions ~ guiding you to be more at ease and available in your body with a focus on gentle strength, mobility & flow. At minimum all you need is your body and a little space to move.
Mindfulness sessions ~ focused on cultivating more presence and self-compassion in your life, these sessions may include meditation guidance, meditative inquiry (exploring inner self), or exercises for self-reflection.
Nutrition & Self Care ~ here we explore relationship to food & body and move towards nourishing daily habits that express respect and care for the body. This can include what and how we eat, morning & nighttime rituals, how we rest and find pleasure, and more.
Movement, mindfulness, and self care work synergistically in us to create a more open, whole-hearted, and embodied human experience. They will each be explored throughout this program specifically to cultivate deeper self-love and the innate care & intuition that flow from that place of inner connection.

Can I work with you longer that 12 weeks?
Absolutely! After a 12 week cycle, we can discuss options for continuing with less frequency or taking a break before picking up another 12 week cycle of deep work.

I'm a huge fan of cycles and seasons, syncing with the rhythms of life & nature, which are not constantly in go-mode. That is a big part of coming into wellbeing.
