Make friends with your cravings to release their grip

What you resist persists.
We don't need to fear or fight our cravings and harmful habits. We can release so much of their grip by befriending them with curiosity and bringing them into the light. This is so much what mindfulness is about.
In this video I touch on how mindfulness can help us through each phase of a habit cycle.
